COVID-19 Updated Patient Policy

 

Dear patients: ​

• Seaport Spine adheres to CDC guidance for best practices during the pandemic (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html). Staff and patients are required to take temperature readings (forehead temperature). The office is sanitized before and after each patient visit. This includes the treatment room and reception area. The building manager has hired additional staff to sanitize the building.

• Please wash your hands or sanitize before entering the treatment room. There is sanitizer on our reception desk. The bathroom can be found across the hall.​

​

• Seaport Spine is a low-volume clinic and remains a very low-risk environment for the spread of COVID-19.  We have taken several additional steps to reduce transmission. On-site staff is limited to Dr. Hollien and a part-time receptionist.

 

• Please let our staff know if you have been in contact with anyone who has exhibited any symptoms that are possibly related to the coronavirus.

 

• Please let our staff know if you have traveled recently or have plans to travel.
